Sharanya Bhandari is a Grade 10 student with a strong interest in the realms of law, political science, and human rights, particularly questions surrounding equality, access to essential services, and the experiences of vulnerable communities.

Her interests extend to understanding how legal and socio-economic systems shape people's ability to access opportunities and support. In 2026, she completed the Making Effective Legal Arguments course through Johns Hopkins CTY, developing skills in critical thinking, legal reasoning, and evidence-based argumentation.

Sharanya has also been involved with Salaam Baalak Trust since 2020, contributing to fundraising efforts and supporting the establishment of a playground at one of its Delhi centres. Through KYC Collective, she brings together her interests in law and human rights with her experience working alongside a community organisation, with the aim of making civic and rights-based information more accessible to those who need it.
